How to create a helpdesk account in order to view your company's private knowledge base, self-help aritcles.

Go to the Anchor Networks Helpdesk website


If you've never submitted a ticket, sign up at the site


Enter your information


Click on the account verifcation email link


Create a password to use for the site


You can now browse your company's private articles or view your existing requests
