How to change my Exchange directory information

This guide will show you how to change settings related to contact information.


Open up a browser and go to the website

Login with your company email and password.

The Portal

Once you have logged in you will see a "Settings" option in the top right. Click on "Settings" and from the drop down select "My Details."

My Details

The "My Details" window will allow you to edit and add information related to your email account.

When done, select "Update User Details."

Your details have been updated

You will get the above message when the information has been successfully updated. You can close the "My Details" window now.

Log Out

You can now log out of the portal. In the top right corner is the "Log Out" button.
