How to access online Spam and release quarantined email


Open up a browser and go to the website

Login with your company email and password.

The Portal

Under "SpamLab" select "Quarantine."


The Quarantine tab will show you all email that has been blocked by the spam filter. Should something get blocked that you need delivered to your inbox, check the box next to the email and select "Release". This will release the email from the spam filter and send it to your account.

Log Out

You can now log out of the portal. In the top right corner is the "Log Out" button.
