Phone Setup will depend on the type of email account you have and the type of phone you have. A good rule of thumb is if you have a TBH computer, you have what we call a "Full Exchange" account. If you do not, we call that an "Exchange Lite" account. If you are ever unsure just email support and we can let you know.
